Our Basement waterproofing team have completed Phase 1 of our works at 123-124 New Bond Street, London with the application of a Sika Elastic 1K waterproof slurry and a Delta cavity membrane to allow for the installation of the slab between the basement and lower ground floor.

We cannot wait to be back on site for the next phase!
