WE’VE DONE IT AGAIN! Third time’s a charm!
Cemplas are delighted to announce that for the third year running, we have been shortlisted as finalists in the ‘Best Car Park Refurbishment’ category!
We carried out concrete repairs throughout the double, split-level structure comprising four separate parking decks directly beneath a large office building. This was followed by the application of deck waterproofing, anti-carbonation coatings to soffits, columns & walls and installation of movement joints in the parking decks & ramps to Johnson and Johnson Car Park in the role of Specialist Sub-Contractor with Clifford Devlin as Principal Contractor.
