Due to the existing asphalt on this roof cracking and causing water ingress and damage into the flats below, Team Cemplas were instructed to work their magic and resolve the issue by applying Kemper 2K Pur with fleece reinforcement.

It’s safe to say that following the works – all issues have been eradicated…..Problem Solved
