Cherkley Court in Leatherhead, Surrey – the former home of press baron Lord Beaverbrook – is undergoing a complete £30m redevelopment as it becomes the new Beaverbrook Spa Luxury Golf resort.

Cemplas are currently installing Delta’s MS500 cavity drain membrane system to the walls & MS20 onto the floors within the Ground Floor and new Basement Spas, as well as to waterproof the Basement Area within the Main House.
