Cemplas have recently carried out a visual survey of this office building for a potential client in Cambridgeshire.

The structure – comprising of a RC frame & pre-cast, exposed aggregate panels – is in generally good condition however it’s starting to show signs of deterioration hence we are advising on measures we recommend they should take to continue to protect their building for the future.
