Our busy site at the historic Queens Head Pub in Chelsea, as the basement waterproofing works continue as part of this prestigious residential development.

Following site preparation, the waterproofing solution combining SIkadur Combiflex and Sika 1 render is being applied to the basement & below pavement vaults leaving them finished to allow the subsequent dry-lining application.

With 2 vaults left to complete – there’s plenty more to come!
