The prep work’s all done and dusted……It’s time to do what we do best!

Space House was designed and built in 1968 and is a distinctive Grade II listed building built across two interconnected buildings being first occupied by the Civil Aviation Authority.

In April 2022, a major redevelopment of the building began which will include office accommodation along with a change of use to the basement areas to create new public, retail and welfare facilities.

Cemplas are working with the on-site team to provide waterproofing to both the Grade 2 and Grade 3 levels of protection required to enable the realisation of the designers vision for the future Space House.

With an expected completion and handover of the project scheduled of the summer of 2023, the ongoing works require a fast track operation and of course – Team Cemplas will deliver!
