Throwback Thursday – Tuffnell Park Mansions

Team Cemplas completed this re-waterproofing of a failed asphalt roof over shops which was causing water ingress into the retail units below. Following substrate preparation and repairs to the existing asphalt roof, Team Cemplas applied IKO’s rapid-curing FCS Balcony & Walkway system with a slip resistant finish onto this residential, communal walkway to minimise inconvenience and disruption to residents.
