Cemplas is now on site at Queens Hospital in Romford, taking on the crucial refurbishment of the multi-storey car park.

Our primary focus will be on the top deck, where we will be replacing the existing failing asphalt and re-waterproofing it with a new, robust system. In addition to this, we have been tasked with line marking and creating safe walkways on the intermediate levels to enhance the overall functionality and appearance of the car park.

These pictures show the car park in its existing state, and we can’t wait to see the transformation as our works progress.
