Site Update: Rosemary Court, Oxford

Our Cemplas team is on site at Rosemary Court, Oxford, delivering a comprehensive refurbishment and waterproofing project. Here’s what the scope of works includes:

Structural Refurbishment: Waterproofing the cavities of the brick walls to enhance long-term durability and prevent water ingress.
Coping Installation: Installing a new coping system to improve weather protection.
Balcony Waterproofing: Ensuring the balconies are watertight and ready to face the elements.
Window & Door Resealing: Resealing all external windows and doors for additional waterproofing.
Cleaning & Redecoration: Cleaning and redecorating the rendered areas, timber doors, and timber cladding around the external perimeter.

The scaffolding is now fully erected, complete with encapsulation and a temporary roof to ensure a safe and controlled environment for the works.
