Cemplas has experienced remarkable growth, expanding from a modest turnover of £300,000 per annum to approximately £15 million today. This journey has been fuelled by our commitment to delivering increasingly prestigious projects which have earned us an enviable reputation in the construction industry. At the core of our services is a dedicated team of Contract Managers, Site Operatives and Administration staff, many of whom have been with us for over 25 years. Their expertise and commitment ensure we consistently meet demand and maintain strong client relationships.

Cemplas began in the late 1960’s and has grown steadily over the decades. In the 1980’s, with a team of just 6 staff members, we relocated to Carshalton, eventually moving to Croydon in 1993. As our business continued to expand, we moved to our current headquarters in Coulsdon in 2019. From the very beginning, we have used for multi-disciplinary knowledge and technical expertise to solve complex project challenges, developing cost-effective strategies for building repair and renovation. Our approach has fostered long-lasting client relationships, leading to repeat business and referrals from Structural Engineers, Building Surveyors and Architects across both the public and private sectors of the UK Construction Industry.
