Team News at Cemplas

We’re thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotions of two of our outstanding team members:

Garry Bond has formally stepped into the role of Site Manager – a position he has effectively held for some time. Garry’s dedication and leadership have consistently driven successful outcomes across our projects. In 2025 alone, Garry led the delivery of Cornwood House – a major civils scheme that included waterproofing and the creation of a new suspended car park slab. More recently, Garry and his team completed a significant top-deck refurbishment at Aintree Hospital – delivering an 11-week programme in just 5 weeks!

Roy Thompson has been promoted to Senior Site Manager. Roy has been instrumental in delivering our larger car park projects across the South. His latest project in St Albans involved extensive concrete repairs to a technically challenging slab, corrosion control, anti-carbonation coatings, a new car wash bay, and full car decking works. Thanks to Roy’s expertise and commitment, the project was completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule – with exceptional feedback from the client.
