Project Update | Flambard Way, Godalming
We’re excited to announce that works have started on site at the Flambard Way resident block basement car park.
The existing uncoated concrete deck had begun to create dust, affecting residents’ cars and overall experience.
To minimise disruption, the project is being carefully delivered in 5 phases.
We’re installing the Sika EB 14 waterproofing system in grey and green to protect the drive aisles, while also creating new walkways and pedestrian crossings to enhance resident safety.
On the entrance and exit ramps, the Sika RB28 Rapid waterproofing system will ensure the car park remains fully operational throughout the works.
Final touches include fresh line marking for a clean, safe, and durable finish.
A great example of how technical solutions and careful planning can improve everyday living for residents while keeping disruption to a minimum.
