We are delighted to announce that we have started work at Swansgate Shopping Centre MSCP, Wellingborough.

As a supply chain partner to Morgan Sindall under the Scape Framework with Wellingborough Borough Council, Cemplas are rejuvenating all 10 levels of the car park.

This full MSCP refurbishment will involve 150m3 of concrete repair, design & installation of corrosion control to the concrete frame & in excess of 50,000m2 of Sika car park membranes & anti-carbonation coatings. As part of the project the lighting scheme will be replaced, a new sprinkler system installed and improvements to customer facilities.
