A few more shots from our busy Beaufort Court site in London as our extensive programme of works continue, This is a perfect opportunity for our team to show their versatility and skillset, including:

• Taking up of the existing multi-sports surfacing
• Removal of the Lytag concrete
• Preparation and waterproofing of the podium slab above the car park, utilising Sikalastic 8800 with associated Combiflex joints
• The installation of Retanol Extreme Heavy Duty screed
• The installation of a new multi-sports surface, including Sports Shock Pad and Sports Needlepunch carpet
• Waterproofing of the surrounding walkways with a Sika RB58 fully reinforced anti-slip system
• The tanking of the basement car park under the podium slab with Sika 1 render and Combiflex joints to detail work

And other works included the repair and replacement of the surrounding perimeter fencing, draining works, concrete repairs and the installation of two green roofs.
