It’s amazing what you find when you are asked to go & look at some defective movement joints on a car park!
We recently visited this multi-storey in the Midlands to inspect the movement joints for a potential client only to find an array of concrete condition issues. In addition to the potential movement joint works, we have recommended a programme of testing & investigative works to inform as to the underlying causes of the concrete defects displayed.
