The project updates keep coming in!

Works at Houlbrooke House are starting to take shape.

The team have been tasked with the removal of the cantilever staircase with minor repairs to the wall before installing a new staircase with yellow nosing on the treads.

We are stripping back the surfaces on the balconies and installing a new waterproofing system with concrete repairs, corrosion inhibitors and anti-carbonation coatings to the underside.
