Think Basements … Think Cemplas!

We are nearing completion on our site at Margaret Street, London.

This project has seen us apply a sprayed concrete to the soffit before the application of the waterproof tanking.

To ensure the walls are water tight, the team have also installed a Delta Membrane Systems Ltd cavity membrane system.

The basement team have done an amazing job so that this can be used as a meeting/board room for the client.
