Excavating paving blocks and pavements – and exposing the capping beams to the undercroft car park
Replacing the existing paving
Installing new drainage
Removal of the hedges and the installation of slate to reduce the maintenance time
Re-waterproofing the exit ramp
Transformational works on the staircase which was originally leaking badly into the building below
Removing the stair treads
Waterproofing the stairs and replacing the stair treads
