Specialist contractor Cemplas Waterproofing and Concrete Repairs Ltd were appointed to apply Tremco’s car park coating system to the top deck, intermediate decks of a newly built multi-storey car park constructed by Kier construction for staff parking at Lonza’s UK facility for Mammalian Biopharmaceuticals Corporation.
The project was at Lonza’s Slough site for their centre of excellence. The client HUBER Car Park Systems, designs, finances, constructs and operates multi-storey car park facilities.
Tremco MMA rapid cure deck waterproofing system was chosen due to its high quality finish and long deck surface life.
Cemplas were appointed due to their extent of specialist car deck waterproofing undertaken since they were formed in 1969.
