Works are beginning to take shape at Davy Park Farm! The worn out coatings are currently being removed before the application of Sika’s Multidur ES20 resin system which will bring a new lease of life to this industrial unit.

We’re nearing the finish line at Dacre Road MSCP in Newhaven! Works are progressing at our Newhall Street site for NCP. Following a site survey of this car park, numerous defects were found to the soffits, drive aisles and parking bays. Cemplas are conducting concrete repairs to these areas with a phasing plan in place to ensure the busy car park can remain open.

Cemplas were called upon to advise on the condition of this structure and to install a method of waterproofing to ensure the main memorial sanctuary pond was able to contain water as well as prevent external ground water contaminates from seeping through the structure and into the pond. It’s always exciting getting to see the finished results of a project after our works are complete! The basement at Dene Park was fully re-waterproofed by the Cemplas team using a Sika Render System so that it could be turned into a wine cellar. The space has been well and truly transformed!
